To have a satisfied customer is very important to me; if you have any questions or a problem with your order please contact me. If you are not happy with the product you have received or the customer service please contact me before leaving neutral or negative feedback. I want you to be completely happy with your purchase!

1. Lost or damaged orders
It is very rare that an order gets lost on it's way. If your package doesn't arrive within 4 weeks (europe) and 6 weeks (us/world) after you received your shipping confirmation please contact me. It sometimes happens that the item gets stuck at customs, which can take 6 or more weeks. In case you had your order shipped registered, please contact your local post office and provide your tracking number and contact me, so I can do the same here!

2. Adress
I ship to your given adress, so please make sure it's correct. I am not responsible for orders which get lost because of a wrong adress. If your parcel is returned because of a wrong adress you have given to me, I can send your package again after a new payment for postage has been made.

If you want to have your item sent to a different adress (to your work place or to a friends adress, if it is a gift for example) please let me know which adress you would like to have it shipped in the 'note to seller'!

If your order is returned because you haven't picked it up at your local postoffice, I'll contact you for further information about delivery or cancelling your order.

3. Return policy
Customers can return goods within 14 calendar days upon receipt. Before returning your order, a cancellation inquiry must be submitted written (mail or sent as a letter). It is sufficient if the notice of withdrawal is sent within the time limit without giving reasons. Goods should be shipped back as soon as possible.

The shipping costs of returned goods have to be paid by the customer.

Goods have to be returned in unused and as new sellable conditions in their original packaging to the adress provided below. For items that show signs of use, unless they are caused by proper use, a reasonable amount for the impairment will be charged by me or deducted from the purchase price. The same applies if upon return of the merchandise accessories or parts are missing.
In the case of a valid revocation the purchase price will be refunded after as the goods have been received by the seller.

4. Shipping
Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days after I receive payment. If you purchase more than one piece from my shop, you don't have to pay the full shipping costs for each item.

I am happy to make something special and unique handcrafted just for you. If you ordered a custom piece your order will take longer to be shipped - according to the amount of work. If you need your custom made item sooner, please don't hesitate to contact me! I will do my best to help you out!

5. Delivery time
Germany up to 7 business days
Europe up to 14 business days 
US and Australia up to 21 business days
World up to 28 business days

6. Fees and customs
I am not responsible for any fees or custom duties that may apply by exporting to non-eu-countries. For any information according fees please refer to your local customs agency.

7. Any other
If you are looking for a custom order please contact me directly for further information. I would be happy to make something special just for you! If you see items you like, but they are sold out in my shop, please contact me for further information - sometimes I have more than one piece at home or I can make a new one for you.
